More then likely your master cylinder is wearing out and not releasing all the pressure. (if your having problems with both wheels) hey it's old man. If it's just one wheel or the other then it could be an over active auto adjuster....just reset it and don't do so many hard stops in reverse

Have seen Metallic pads or shoes on the rear of Honda's rust to the drums or rotors after getting wet.A misadjusted Emergency cable or sticking cable will do the same thing.IF the Wheel Cylinders or Calipers are hanging up , the brakes will stick-ALSO have seen people put Power steering FLUID in the Master Cylinder & that will cause MAJOR sticking Problems.Would help if it was known WHEN this Happened & if it has Disc OR Drum brakes.
