The Honda equipment and Acura is mostly interchangeble. There is no accura brand in Japan so it is all really Honda. Since Honda are some of the most modafiable car in production you can do alot. However be warn you may face computer hell. My coworker had a J spec engine put into his civic and he had problem with the electronics ever since. I guess you should consult before doing it.Good luck.

02-03TL TYPE-S are the same but not interchangeable with anything else. If youre looking to do a conversion or swap you might have issues. Dont forget youre gonna need the computer and imght have sensor issues and all your idiot lights goin off. but a v6 Accord is pretty big so it might "fit" inside the space for your drive train.

No problem since Honda and Acura are really the same car.

you can if you do a custom engine mount system then it won't be worth it. Even though acura and hond you can interchange parts there are some things that you would had to do a custom fit
