I have seen Civics put out over 1000 hp which would be WAY faster than a lambo (the civic would be much lighter too) but it isn't just a matter of increasing boost. The whole engine needs to be replaced or redone. That engine just isn't meant to put out that much power without tons of reinforcement. It also wouldn't be very drivable day to day.Here's a video of a 800 hp civic's speedo as it accelerates:

Sure if you replace the engine starting with a short block having it built from the ground up. But the biggest limiting factor will be the transmission. The stock transmission is only good for 113 max

Faster could mean 2 different things though. You could put a turbo on a DOHC VTEC Honda/Acura motor and run 11-12 second quarter miles which IS faster than a Lambo. However that same car will top out at around 130-140mph where a Lambo will approach 200mph. Two different kinda of fast.

You can make almost anything that fast with the right parts and an engine swap.
