Wow you do realize that Lexus is made by Toyota and of course your Accord is a Honda? If you really like the Lexus taillights I would suggest buying a Lexus. If you must make your car the laughing stock of the neighborhood, take it to a body shop so they can make major modifications to your Accord to make Lexus taillights fit on it.

A cheaper remedy would be to purchase the "Euro Taillights" that look very similar to the IS 300 taillights. However, if you also want to put the middle 'trunk' lights, then a trip to the body shop is necessary.
