Your local library might have a Chiltons manual you can borrow for a couple of weeks, call them

Check it out from the library. Most libraries have a whole aisle with car repair manuals. If yours doesn't have it, they can borrow it and have it delivered to yours. Or just drive and check it out or make copies.

I'm not 100% sure on this one- but if you go to the nearest Tire shop, (like Meineke's) they may have one that you could use. It depends on what's wrong with it.

i'm not sure, but you can probably find them pretty darn cheap on ebay, for like a dollar maybe.
