Default What cars does the b20b Motor fit in??

Ive been considering a 96 hatchback to drop the b20b into. im almost positive it will fit but was needed some extra confirmation. also, does anyone know where i can find crate engines or a b20b motor at a very good price? of course quality and upgrades would up the price but i am more than willing to consider the options if the prices are just. im thinking about going turbo. any suggestions??

yes the b20 will fit in your hatch, you will need to buy motor mounts too, go to gspeedcorp.com or passwordjdm.com, good luck and that sounds like a sweet swap

Yes, the B20b (same engine as the CRV) will fit in your '96 hatch back. You will need motor mounts from a '96-'00 Civic Si and it will drop right in. I live in Southern California and the cheapest place I found a crate B20b is at:http://www.kwcengine.com they will also ship the engine anywhere in the US.As far as going turbo, I think that would be one of the best engines to throw a nice fat hairdryer into. It already has pretty good torque, so boosting it would definetly be a +!

if ur lookin for a b series crate motor go to Exospeed - Performance Parts for the Motor Enthusiasts and click on the link that says racing engine block and then honda b series motors they have a b18 2.0l turbo motor that can push between 600-750 hp for a/b $8000 if u have a lil money to spend.
