What do these types stand for? Should i get the 1992-96 one or the newer generation one? I kinda like the 1996 one. Both are attractive. What are the difference in the cars and give me pros and cons. Thank you very much. Much lovedesprate to check out more info so pls help me out in my decision making

I have 2 cars and a truck. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300C and a Ford F250, but my favourite car to drive is my OLD 1988 Honda Prelude with the 4 wheel steering. In my opinion, the best car Honda ever built. It's fun, its fast, after all these years it's still stylish, if well maintained they last for ever and don't take my word for it, look how many of them are still on the roads. Go RETRO ............ Buy a good 1988-1993 Prelude and spend some money on it.....You will have a friend for life.

the 93 prelude can be dressed nicely....the sh is a more standard type of auto tranny(automatic transmission)...any si in the honda make is a manual tranny...the si is faster obviously becuz it is manual....the prelude 93 si engine is very powerful nd with about 5 gz extra adding a turbo nd intake nd headers nd stuff u can have a very very powerful car compared to the 96 version which is less powerful nd needs more mods...ima civic person becuz i own one...nd there alot better...but preludes are good carz just a lil more expensive than civic nd accords...hope i helped u out...later

the type SH was not introduce until 97 . in which the prelude has a base and the SH model . base and the SH still runs the H22 motor.
