Are fiberglass body kits as bad as everyone says they are??? I live in Minnesota so we get extreme cold and heat......and has anyone every used a flex fiber composite body kit.....apparenly it's pretty much a better fiberglass.....is it good or bad???

Eh...Theres like pros and cons to the whole kit thing.Fiberglass can be weak...not all the time...depends on how many layers was applied...but in any case...it can crack...but the good thing is its mostly an easy fix.The Flex Fiber (PFRP) are less prone tro cracking...but if you do happen to wreck it...its a lot harder to repair.As far as looks goes...Fiberglass seems to have a little more luster to its paint rather than the plastic.So mostly show cars have the fiberglass or a really good paint job on the plasic/urethane.The kits I sell are pretty sturdy.I had an Agressor/Vader kit on my car through 3 winters in Michigan.Got joked about it being a snow plow.But it survived the snow, snow clumps, ice clumps, and most importantly the road...(for the michigan residents who know) potholes.So basically...I would go for fiberglass as long as its not a cheaply made one (paper thin).If you think that your driving will be a little hazardous...go with the plastic.
