i always thought civics were supposed to be fast....and i always race them and i win. i dont get it...even the ones that are completely riced out and not just rustbuckets are still slow...any answers?

civics were never meant to be fast. Kids today puts on an exhaust system and automatically they think they are faster than a Mustang. As I always say,"there's no replacement for displacement."

Because.....Fords have REAL power! They don't need anything special to kick A$s! )

its' because your SO COOL- I mean, just the fact that you race means your about 16

You haven't raced a really good "riced" out one. They were all show and no go. Your Expedition probably goes 0-60 in about 9-10 second range (if pre-2004). If newer it could be in the 8 sec range. There are some typical modified ones that could get to 60 in the 5 second range. You can make just about any car go really fast with the right mods. There is even a 1000 hp Ford Focus that someone built. They did this with the same 2.0 Zetec that comes from the factory. Obviously this was heavily heavily modified.

Streets are not for racing...Loosers.Civic is nothing else than a old lady car.And the Expedition a big piece of V8 junk from shidy Ford.
