The Accord and Camry still rule the mid-sized sedan roost. However, Hyundai is fast gaining a rep as a strong competeitor for Honda and Toyota. Their quality is quickly getting to Japanese standards (previously, Korean cars relied on good features for the money as well as better-than-average warranties to be competetive). Given the choice between the two, I would take the Accord. This is based on personal preference, plus the fact that the Accord will likely last longer and hold it's value better. Sofar as I know, the '07 Accord is unchanged, having had a minor facelift in '06.

The Accord is due for a redesign in 2008. Nothing noticeable is changing for the 2007 model year. I attached a link to the 2008 concept below. The Accord and Azera are not in the same class. They are roughly the same price, but the Azera is much bigger and more luxourious. The Hyundai Sonata and the Accord are in the same class. You will pay a lot more for the Honda. Is it worth it? Depends on what you want. If you are going to keep a car for 10 years and drive a car into the ground, get the Hyundai (excellent warranty, better than average reliability). If you are going to get a new car in less than 5 years, get the Honda (nothing will likely go wrong and it will hold its value better). Good luck with your decision.
