Have you checked for leaks at the master cylinder?

Or the master cylinder could be damaged. I was almost in an accident with the lemon of a car my dad bought me as my first car because the master cylinder was damaged.

Bleed them again. You should bleed them starting from the wheel furthest from the master cylinder. Usually right rear, then left rear, right front then left front.

Yeah you got tons of advice about bleeding, but have you checked and adjusted the rear brakes??? If rears arent adjusted right the pedal will always sink a ways before engaging brakes.

1st check whether is there any leaks on ur master cylinder pump, pipings n brake hose. There might b internal leaking inside ur master pump. U may consider replacing ur rubber brake hoses w/ steel braided type coz ur brake hoses which is made of rubber might have expanded due to wear n tear over time.
