we bought a new honda oddessy 1 month ago and along with the car came 2 cordless head phones which we found was not in the car.numerous calls to the dealership and talks with the sales manager didnt help?does anyone know what can i do?whom else can i approach?

Contact the Better Business Beaureau (BBB), and complain.

Find out the owner, Honda should have contacted you by now to do a survey on your new purchase. If they haven't called yet, go to there website.

try regional advertising and mention going to a newspaper with your story.

Have you tried being really polite? If you walk into the dealership, speak with the manager, and are really nice about it you should get what you deserve. If not, contact the Better Business Bureau in your area. Could take a few months, though.

your next step would be to speak to the general sales manager, if he cant help then speak to the president or owner of the dealership. If all this fails, contact Honda USA consumer affairs for final help.

Take it back immediatly and tell them you don't want it, they can keep it, your buying from another dealership. (LOUDLY)They will ask why, you tell them, and you'll walk out with the goods you want.

If you sure those handsets must be included - try to speak (politely) with new car manager of the dealer - should help.
