I was interested in buying a used 2002 honda accord ex v6 with a lot of mods. and one of the aftermarket parts it had in it was an Apex-i Vtec Air Flow Converter anyone know what it is and what it is used for what its functions are and wether or not it is safe to remove it/leave it alone. Thanks
