well how is anyone supose to know we are not mind readers if you have the money and your 16 years old then i would say that is when but your parents would have to cosign for it

Well it all depends on how motivated you are to get one. I have a friend who is 19 and has an acura rsx but he works 2 jobs and does a lot of side work for some of his family's elderly friends so he has his head where it needs to be to afford it and everything he does to it so it all depends on you.
