A Supercharger will give quicker boost. A turbo may lag depending on the size of the turbo. for a GSR motor i would go turbo. Take a look at Edelbrock's kit its all inclusive and is tested and specifically built for your car. And they carry an EO number for emissions

A supercharger gives you a quick boost however doesnt give you quite as much boost as turbocharger and it goes down. However Often depending on the size of your turbo you get something called Turbo LAg which for a few seconds cuts off the boost of your turbo so you really have to decide which would work better for you : IF you do have the money i highly suggest getting a twin turbo they are smaller and pack just as much boost if not more in some cases then regular turbos and since you are using to small turbos it Majorly cuts back if not totaly elminates turbo lag its does this because the bigger the turbo the more delay its is to genrate enough Oxygen to get to through the exhaust the smaller the quicker it genrates the oxygen but no as much but if you use two small ones you get the small output at a faster rate

For the street aps both give about a 40% boost in power. Turbos have lag time, that's the time it takes for the turbo to spool up and deliver it's boost. So you can have a shot of power at the wrong time in a corner. With time and experience you get to know when the turbo boost will come on, but it is a problem when it hits at the wrong time!Superchargers have instant trottle responce because they are belt or crankshaft driven. They are very predictable and easier to handle in bike aps. Both take a toll on engine life. The added power stresses internal engine components much harder. Miss a shift under boost at high rpms and the engine goes blewy!Pay no attention to the pin head posts! I have 30 yrs of garage experience under my belt.
