My 1990 accord has a oem engine. Is it possible to replace it with a v-tec engine?

whats wrong with the old one? j/c i need a honda body if the motor bolts to the tranny go for it

Sure, I have put a 502ci Caddilac engine in a 1972 Toyota, so I rekon you can. Problem was the suspension needed major re-engineering in order to ride correctly.

absolutly. Almost all honda fwd engines can be swapped with each other fairly easy. If you dont know how to do it you could ask someone that knows about cars to help you. I recommend helping and learning as much as possible, because after all it will be your car, and you should know your car. With the V-Tech you will need new wiring and a new cpu or a re-map of your cpu to let the car know what is going on, and let the V-Tech work right. You can also get a V-Tech timer from ebay to adjust where the V-Tech kicks in.
