I have a 2006 Civic Coupe in Alabaster Silver. I noticed the paint had started to peel on the front bumper, so I took it back to the dealership for a warranty repaint. It came back SO bad I had them do it again. It's better, but it's not as luminous as the original paint and I'm baffled as to why they can't get matching paint when we're still within the model year. They keep saying you can't match the plastic bumper and metal exactly, but I just point to the rear bumper and ask "really?" It's perfect. I'm ready to make them do it repeatedly until I'm satisfied, but I'm wondering if it's futile. Had I know it would be like this, I never would have had them paint it the first time.
