Default does the new honda civic si have to have premium unleaded gas???
i am looking into the new honda civic si and i heard that it takes premium unleaded gas and the whole point of me getting the car was the gas mileage and the sporty look and enginge but if it takes premium that defeats the purpose of getting great gas mileage

New cars unsurprisingly, are designed to use the latest(cleanest) fuels, especially Honda's

I own a 2006 Si and the manual says you must use premium gas.

Using premium gas on a civic you must be kidding. The gasoline even cost more than the car.LOL
