Is there a car that run on water? if there, is when will it come out to life?

Sadly, no. Unless you figure out how to build a Mr. Fusion, a water-run car usually violates the laws of thermodynamics. Most of the claims out there say you feed it water, do something to it, and then get only water in the exhaust. It's a perpetual motion machine, and it can't be done. If you wanna save the world, walk or ride a bike.

there is a car that will run on hydrogen that produces water instead of exhaust. but it is still in the research and development stage because it cost $250,000 to make!
