This car is loaded. Power everything. The body is in mint condition. By the looks of the outside the car was well maintained. I am just a little worried about paying so much for a car that is almost 10 years old. Just wondering what the rest of you think. Thanks for your help.

I think you shouldn't buy it...it may look new, but it may not perform as it looks...I wouldn't take the chance...for 7 grand, I would use as the down payment for an all new 2007 Accord or maybe even a Toyota...depends on you. If you really like the car, go for it my friend. Otherwise, save it up for something better, preferably newer.

Check out Kelly Blue Book at www.kbb.com. According to them, the vehicle is slightly overpriced, but since you have seen the vehicle, you may be able to tweak some of the input. Hope that helps...

..thats a great deal...hondas will run past 300K with no problems..have a mechanic look at it..or have honda check it out....thats VERY low miles for the year..go for it.honda will outlast any other vehicle on the road..and the 97 style is my favorite. id buy it for 7K easy and im in CA

A Honda with 74,000 miles is good to go. There are a few things you need to know, though. First, loaded is a relative term. Does this car have a moonroof? If so, it is an EX, and will be worth a little more money. Second, is it four cylinder or six? I prefer the four, but no big deal. The six may have a little more value.Also, is it a two-door or four-door. A two-door is a fine car, but wouldn't be worth the money. There just isn't as much market.Now, as for being over 60k miles, don't worry. Almost anything on the market will last at least twice that. For that particular car, a timing belt/water pump change is due at 90,000 miles. Do that and you are golden. I have been in the retail sales business for 12.5 years, and with the same Honda dealer for 11 years.I just had to add, after viewing a few other answers, that mileage is nothing to be alarmed about. I sell cars, and I own one with 11,000 miles and one with 103,000. As for the value, it is a little high, but good cars bring good money. Also, buying a quality used car is a much better deal than a new one.....of any kind. But, don't tell anyone I told you that.
