should i buy a honda odyssey or Toyota sienna?

Both are good and you can't go wrong buying either one.But the Odyssey has held a better resale and demand when they are used over the Sienna.

Either would be a good choice. My only long term concern is that Honda tends to be pricey when it comes to repairs 3-4 years down the road....more so than Toyota.

I would definitely recommend the Odyssey as it has consistently been held as the best minivan in production by just about any company that does ratings. It has more power, and in my opinion more style than the Sienna.

As of April 16, 2004, Honda and Toyota merged companies, there is a chain of car makes that are all related, Acura, Honda, Toyota, and Scion. The Honda Odyssey is a spin-off of the Toyota Sienna, therefor the Toyota Sienna is the original and in my eyes is the better buy. But if you are lurking around the minivan I have 2 suggestions. First, I suggest the Dodge Caravan/Chrysler Town-&-Country/Plymouth Voyager, which averages in the same price range as the Sienna and Odyssey, and for a higher 10 year warranty, a better crashtest rating (5 stars) and a lower price ($17,000-$21,000) the Kia Sedona is a way to go! Toyota sienna!Get the Toyota with ur eyes closed. Will always get u better resale value. Cheaper maintenance and parts available everywhere. Better Quality and Service. Better customer care. Honda is amazing too but for vehicles like these... its TOYOTA! best of luck!

honda by a nose! both are reliable and hold their value but honda has it covered in a couple of areas.
