It's not that hard.... you just need the right tools and a little patience when getting it to fit (they tend to get little tweaked during shipping). I recommend you put the car on jack stands, and use the jack to hold the lip in place while you attach it.

Get a buddy to help you out (or two). It's gonna be really snug and may look like it's not gonna fit. A lot of people return the item when they just need to know how to install it. Hold it in the middle of the bumper first, then wrap the ends around the corners on the bumper. Again, it's gonna be snug.
