The Stereo out of my 95 accord recently got stolen. The thief busted the frame where the clock and hazard stwitch were located to rip out the stereo. None of the wiring was cut out, which is a good thing. Anyways since my Hazard switch was disconnected I noticed that the Signals stopped working. I did connect the Hazard switch, but I think its broken too. So I am hoping that if I replace the Hazard switch that the Signals will start to work. So my question is do you know if they are related/connected. I will appreciate your responses.

Most of the time they are, make sure to check your fuses as the thief may have caused a short when breaking the dash and made contact w/ a wire. Also, to test the switch just take an ohmeter and test the switch for continuity when pressed and open when depressed. This will let you know if your switch is still good.
