you could get a copy of the service manual for the car, but most cars have the fuse diagram printed on a sticker on the inside of the fuse box cover, or on the VECI label printed under the hood,the car is older so if it is rubbed off or covered with dirt and oil the honda dealer should be able to replace the label or give you a copy of the fuse diagram, it should be the same as a 1993 civic

I'ts usually on the fuse block cover. If that is missing already, then you might go to your local auto parts store and buy the repair manual. It will be in the relay and fuse chapter of the manual.
