When installing a balancer belt the front pulley has a mark for alignment, but I don't know where the maintenance bolt is to be able to stick something in there to keep the rear balancer from turning. Anyone know where the maintenace bolt is?

The maintenance bolt will be on the engine block. Looking at the front of the engine directly at the balance shaft, look down the block and you should see a hex head bolt that is simply there, i.e. not holding anything. It's there just to seal the block. With the engine off it should be well above the oil level so it really won't leak anything either though it should have some oil residue on it. The specification calls for a 100mm bolt to align the balance shaft. That's just less than 4" of length. The edge of the block I am referring to would have to be less than 4" from the centerline of the balance shaft for the alignment pin to reach.
