Ready to sell your car, Jeanie? Kelly Blue Book.com is a good one. Then there's Forbes. But with either one, you have to know everything about your car.

There are several websites that help you put a value on your car.Kelley Blue BookKelley Blue Book is the site that everyone thinks of first, but it has some downsides in that the values tend to favor dealers. Thus, used car retail prices are higher than you might actually pay, and used car trade-in prices are lower than you might actually get. EdmundsEdmunds does their pricing somewhat differently. They claim to use the actual vehicle sale prices to come up with their numbers. That is, after you and your dealer have haggled over the sale or trade-in price. For this reason, I prefer to rely on Edmunds, but I'll usually check both.NadaI haven't used this service much, but I've heard it referenced by a few people. At any rate, getting more information from different sources can't hurt.Hope this helps.
