I'd say the best way to get the parts you're looking for is to submit this question on Super Street Online. There are plenty of amateur tuners out there (including me) who have spare parts that they are willing to sell. Now, with my tight budget I'm tuning an EJ Civic, but why an '89 Civic? I'm not bashing on you or anything, but you hardly ever see an '89 Civic in a professional race series or anything like that. And you damn sure wont find them in any Fast & Furious movies or any other nice street racing movies soon to come. What brand of parts are you most leaning towards? The majority of my after-market parts come from Spoon Sports. Quality stuff with a lot of good performance, but so damn expensive. One brake CALIPER for my car from Spoon was $500! But I still haven't had any trouble with them on my car, and they're the best I've ever used, so I thought it was money well spent.
