currently has stock motor(1.5 16 valve non-vtec) with cold air intake and new cat w/exhaust. my question is how do i get max performance out of my engine for small price. or should i do a engine swap.and what engine should i get, including after i swap engines. what performance parts do i put on it.

go find a b18 engine an it'll haul a lot more...itll be a 40-70hp increase and thats just stock...plus with those more they have more potential b/c of the size and higher horsepower.b18c1...gsr if u have the moneyor just get an ls motor if u want 2 save a lil money and just bore or turbo it later

you will have to dump more money than its worth to make it keep up with a real sports car. And you will still look like a f@g rolling around in a civic that sounds like ass and looks like it. Sell it and get a real car or turn it back to stock and appreciate it for what it is.
