Default Turning off "Maint Required" light - Honda Accord '06?

Honda includes oil changes at 10,000 miles as a reason for the "Maint" light coming on. Now, I don't know who would let any vehicle go 10,000 miles between oil changes, but if the oil changes are not done at the dealer, the light remains on. Is there an "at home" way to reset the light trigger?

there may be a hole in the instrument cluster that you can put your ign. key in to turn it off!

I have a slightly earlier model of Honda, but if by chance they are the same "light" all you have to do is take a pen cap or something small and just push the indention underneath the "light" it will authomatically change back to green.

you might think this is a joke but its not... to turn off the light hold trip odometer button in and turn on ignition for about 15 seconds... it should beep when reset

There is a black plasting thing on the spedometer and all you have to do is to put your key in there.

I just insert the key in the slot next to the light and push until it turns green again.
