Yes, you do. However, it sounds like it already has the turbo since 30PSI has to do w/how much boost you are running. 440cc is your injector size. P28 is your ECU, it's chipped, which is pretty common for that set up.H22 is a great engine w/lots of bang for your buck, just beware of speeding tickets
Oh & PLEASE PLEASE do the world a favor, especially if you want any respect in the tuning community, DO NOT TURN YOUR PRELUDE INTO A RICE BUCKET!! Aka, no stickers & for God's sake, don't add a wing. It just weighs down the car, slows down your hp & eats up your gas milage. Keep 'er stock. Add some nice rims or something, but don't go messing w/the exhaust & weighing your car down w/stickers, decals & a wing. Let the car speak for itself. The minute you start adding sticks, etc, your car pretty much is powered by stickers, not what it really has.Good luck!
