Bugatti Veyron. 250MPH. 16 cyliniders. It will cost you around 1.3 million. It is the world's fastest production car. There are formula one cars that may go faster, or experimental cars, but this is the fastest one you can buy from a dealer.

The fastest "production" car ever produced is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4. The 0-60 time is 2.5 seconds and it's top speed is 253 mph (406 kph). Its net rating of 1001 bhp and a whopping 923 lb-ft of torque @ 2,200-5,500 rpm also makes it the most powerful production car ever produced. The MClaren F1 is the previous record holder with a 0-60 time of 3.4 seconds, and a top speed of 231 mph (372 kph) and "only" 627 bph and 479 lb-ft of torque @ 4,000 rpm.
