My 1991 Honda Accord LX has trouble starting in the hottest 12-4 pm part of the day. What is going
on?!?!?!? It will start in the morning and evenings. It just turns over but will not start. Ive used starter fluid spray in the intake that kinda works and so does opening the gas cap! New distributer, new plugs, new wires! I am really lost with this one!

Don't give up on your Accord. a GREAT source for your car which most likely will have the answers you're looking for is www.cb7tuner.com . Its a site for nothing but 90-93 Accords (CB7s) and is a wonderful resource. I've found all I need and more for my 93 Accord 10th Anniversary Edition there.

its your starter relay. if it is hot in the car it will not start or stall out. it is a cheap fix and it should be under the steering column by your feet held on by a bracket with one bolt. 12mm socket, 8 inch extension. remove the screws from the panel covering it all and it should be brown or black and box-like with a rectangular plug and metal bracket. change it out and it should start right up.

If not the starter relay, it could be the ignitor indise the distributer cap, They are known to go bad over time.
