59k seems pretty low for an 89 (usually around 15k pa now) - are you sure it is genuine? Above all look at the condition of the car generally and the service history - this is the real test. Best get someone you know who knows a bit about cars to have a look.In terms of the CD player, I have fitted a few CD players in my time. Mostly you will require an interface lead/lead set to put an aftermarket CD player (and/or autochanger) in your car, particularly if you have steering wheel audio controls. The job is generally very simple involving pulling the old radio out, disconnecting the leads, putting the car leads into the interface, connecting the interface to the new radio and slotting back into the car.Hope that helps but drop me a note if you need any more info.
