its a non vtec model but it allready does a top speed of 120 mphITS ONLY 100 BHP AT THE MOMENT AND I ONLY REALLY WANT 150 BHP WOULD A LONG ARM INDUCTION AND A VENOM CHIP DO THE TRICK

The most basic upgrades would be limited to exhaust (including a performance header, down pipe, and muffler) and air intake setup. Depending on what brand you go with the prices vary. Another good upgrade would be a computer chip of some sort. I would suggest Venom or SuperChip as a good performance adder. Still though, your engine is small and not asperated for high performance. The cheapest way to add the greatest amount of power (if used properly) would be a dry nitrous kit. I would not suggest goinger over a 50hp shot (dry) or a 75hp shot (wet - nitrous and fuel selenoid setup).

I WOULD NOT USE N2O it will end up bad if you don't know how to use it trust me. You can get new pistons take out the A/C and power steering (this makes less belt travel) and get aluminum pulleys. exhaust, headers, and even a short throw kit or shift point kit, change gear ratio in rear end, all this will give you maximum HP but for the price its really not worth it get a new car man.
