The radio needs to be removed from the dash. Write down the serial number from the back and call the dealer. they will give you the code. Enter the code through the preset buttons. you have three try's to enter the code. after the third try the system locks you out. then the battery needs to be disconnected the reset the system.

I had the same problem with my Integra. It would be easiest to just take it to the dealer. It takes a couple of minutes to enter the code. I don't believe you should have to remove the whole radio to get the serial number. The usually have the codes available with no problem.
