How do I REPLACE A MULTIFUNCTION DIMMER SWITCH FOR A 2001 HONDA CIVIC?
MY HIGH BEAMS WORK AND ALL THE FUSES AND RELAYS ARE OKAY LIGHT BULBS NEW AND IM GETTING POWER TO THE BULBS BUT THE LOW BEAMS ARE DEAD/WHAT IS CAUSING THIS?

If you have never worked on a car before, take it to your fav. mechanic and have it replaced. Everything is under the steering wheel.

so you diagnosed the dimmer switch to be bad, but you want to know why the low beams dont work? how about the dimmer switch? not. it is unlikely that a 01 civic has a bad dimmer switch. check the bulbs again if you have power and ground to them. check the connectors, too.
