Are you looking to clean the outside of the engine, or do you mean the innards for performance purposes? There are lot of detail places all over the city including one that just opened up on Spring Garden Street near Broad Street. You can also do it yourself. They make aerosol sprays that you can shoot the engine with and spray off, but this requires preparation as you can't just hose down an engine...you need to cover some things up first. Other than that, you can use the spray in small spots, then scrub it with a toothbrush and wip it away. It will take longer, but you'll get better results than just spraying it down. There's also a place in Voorhees, NJ called The Ritz. They have a very good detailing service. If you're willing to make the trip, I'd go there.
