I have a 97 accord ex wagon,i will like to do a engine swap to a H-22 hopefully with an obd-2. I want to keep my tranny because it was just fully rebulit. so what does the world has to say?

A H series engine does not match up with a F series tranny. But DO NOT get a automatic H series transmission. THEY SUCK!!!!! Make sure to get the 5 speed.

THE ANSWER IS STILL NO. NO MATTER HOW "BLAND" IT MAY SEEM, IT CANNOT BE DONE. NO IS NO. H SERIES TO H SERIES, F TO F, B TO B, D TO D, K TO K, AND SO ON. ONLY EXCEPTION IS ACCORD F-SERIES ENGINE TO S2000 F20C/F22C ENGINE (90-93 ACCORD F22A WILL *NOT* MATCH UP TO S2000 F22C). AND OBD DOES NOT MATTER, CHECK FOR HYDROLIC OR CABLE TRANSMISSION. sorry for caps, but the answer is still the same.
