Yes a turbo not a supercharge but if your going to do and dont want to blow up your motor, your going to want to put forged pistons in it as well.

Ha, with the rigth amount of money both are possable. But your probably going to want to look for a turbo, a small one at that. Build up your internals first or the Honda is gonna blow. Dont put too much money into a FWD car, and if you do take those turns easy. I say you sell your civic and get a 240sx.. then put money into it.

yes you can. check out Turbonetics..... they make some nice kits. make sure you swap out other parts that you need too as well.... down pipe, etc. Realize that it will not be cheap!!! If you go cheap then you will probably screw up something along the way. Good luck and have fun.

yes, you could do both. My suggestion is to supercharge it. Turbos make very high levels of boost that is rather peaky. And high levels of pressure on a stock engine can cause things to fail. A supercharger will only put out as much boost as you want it to. It may not produce as much horsepower as the turbo, but it will be easier on your stock engine components and reduce the chance of detonation. Also, if you do a lot of town driving, turbos are a hassle because of turbo lag. A supercharger doesnt have that problem being as it's boost builds steadily as the engine RPMs increase.
