yes to both and you dont need to build your internals if you keep the boost down. i have seen personaly a sock honda motor handle 500hp at 15 lbs f boost before it blew up. keep the boost down to 6 or 7 psi and you wont have a problem with stock internals and it WILL yeild a hell of a difference in power i was running 7 psi on my 93 civic with sock internals and was able to run 12.? sec on the quarter. also check into methonal injection to keep the detonation down www.snowperformance.net with a turbod civic that is the way to go with the injection hope i helped
