well mostly i think of my most biggest tresures or think of something witch is funny or just plain stupid lol just think of your love or anything like that hope that helps

Simply decide to be.Happiness does not come from OUTSIDE you.It comes from inside.You are happy if you decide to be such.A bit of determination helps, as well.

be your self and don't let nobody put you down life is to short for somebody to come and mast it up for you put a small on your face and God will lead you the way ok be happy

I can only tell you what works for me:*waking up next to my bird every morning*listen to mogwai*giving my dog long walks*watching english football - as in football not this "carry-your-purse-across-the-pitch-and-let's-call-it_football" rubbish they play in USA*knowing that though i only have a few friends , every single one of them is true*get drunk every now and then*smoke every now and then*think of home every day (am english and live and work in germany, you can feel sorry for me now)*remind yourself that no matter how shit you feel , there are always feel who are worse off than yourself...
