89 honda civic......no start.no spark.was driving and it over heated fixed head gasket and...
...radiator and now? no spark.replaced main relay but still no engine light no fuel no spark.checked coil.ignitor.cant find connector to check ecm codes,ok no connector to ckeck codes got it red light comes on on ecm but does not blick just stays on...engine light does not come on anymore with the key is first turned on????

There is no plug to check for codes on that car, it's an obd-0. If it's anything like a CRX (wich it probably is) the ECU is under the passenger side floor mat toward the firewall, it will have a little light that blinks red, the sequence to wich it blinks is the code, get a haynes or chiltons manual to tell you what the code is...

check for fuse name e.f.i. if is burn you need change the e.c.m.(car computer)

Had a similar problem on an '89 CRX... Your main relay may be shot. A replacement will probably cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of $50, which is a heck of a lot cheaper than replacing everything one part at a time till you find something that works. Might want to give it a try...
