In my 1991 Honda Acord EX-R the air is always on. Right now the heat is on (winter just ended) and I already have to adjust the hot and cold air form under the hood. But, the last little while (last little while being along time lol) I've noticed that the air is always blowing, even when turned to off. I close the vents, but you can still feel it.Also, I've noticed a burning plastic smell coming from the engine. Sometimes it'll be really strong, and other times you can't smell it at all.Any help would be awesome, thanks.ahahaha thanks 2006queen

I would say take it to a Honda dealership, but I'm a woman so. lol
