Go to the manufacturer's website. You should be able to customize there and get an MSRP. I think www.edmunds.com has that feature too and they'll tell you where you can find your exact car in your area.

if you are refering to modifying i only know of a site for vw's. dubmodder.com and tirerack.com or tires.com for rims on nearly any car.
