you could get a good deal with 5-6k on civic or corolla. I would personally choose civics because honda are simplier to fix. Also civics is one of the most easiest cars to modify. Both civic and corolla do good on gas mileage. and im sure that civic parts are cheaper in case nething is damage compared to toyota.
