CHECK THE BULBS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SOMETIMES A BULB WILL LOOK OK BUT IS BURNED OUT. CONNECTIONS SOMETIMES WILL VIBRATE OUT OF SOCKET. THE FUSES ARE SOMETIME HARD TO TELL IF THEY ARE BAD. IF JUST THOSE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING CHECK OTHER FUNCTIONS TO SEE IF THEY NOT WORKING AS WELL. CHECK EVERY FUSE ONE AT A TIME.

It's unlikely that three bulbs all went out at the same time. Check the fuse - there is a fusebox under the dashboard. It should be near the hood latch release. The owner's manual will tell you which fuse (they are numbered in sequence) controls what. Once you figure out which fuse controls the taillights and side blinkers, use tweezers to pull them out. Some cars even have a set of plastic pliers in the fuse box to help you remove them. A bad fuse will have a broken (melted) center strip. When you replace the fuse, make sure you use the same amperage. The amperage is on the side of the fuse (5,10,15, etc). PS - There is another fuse box in the engine bay, but those are for major electrical components.
