horsepower? if there are such devices, how much are they and how much of an increase in horsepower and performance do they provide?

there are plenty of afteramrket japan car chips. just check around and if you can't find one for the accord just use 1 for the civic vtech 2.2 it will do exactly the same thing and your power should boost quite considerably. anywhere between 30 and 70 horsepower.

If you had a V6 Accord, you would have options. For items that will fit into the 2300cc engine, you have fewer options, if you have an automatic...your options just dropped further. The only options I could find claim to add about 20HP to a stock 2.3L 2002 Accord. To be honest, it's not really worth the trouble.
