I think you mean, "Where can I get a cheap but dependable Accord?"...I would start by looking in the newspaper.

I'd start by looking in your local classified ads, then you can browse AutoTrader and Craig's List or possibly even eBay Motors if you're really brave or if you want a specific model year, trimline, or color Accord. (The Special Editions are rather rare)
