depends on how big the dent is and where it is if its plastic get some putty and you can fill it in and cover it up to smooth it out or if its in the metal part of you car you can get a sucksion cup and pll it out or you can go behind it and beat it out or you can cover it with putty or bondo and you can get that from any type of auto paint store like nappa
