Build a frame using a compatable front clip for the motor you want to use. Cut the floor for the unibody out. Mount it to the frame. I have seen it done with other hondas and 350s. There is a few people on Streetsourcemag.com that can help you with it. If you have an fabrication skills it will not cost you an arm and a leg.

You want to "soup up your car a LITTLE bit?" Have you already looked into, and rejected all the options to improve performance with the stock engine? You have LOTS of things you can do. Check out cold air intakes, or maybe a rewind of the motor's armature, go to a speed shop for some other things that have been designed to help. To really answer, sure, with enough B,F,&I. (Brute-force, and ignorance), you can jam a big engine into a small space, ever seen the jet-turbins in the motorcycles? So, good luck, I own one of those 460's your talking about, with your new gas-gulping, Honda Insight. Kind of missed the point of the car, though.
